Rooms feature spacious layouts with private terraces, providing fine sea views. The rooftop terrace allows for 180-degree panoramic views, perfect for sunset watching with a drink in hand.
The hotel experiences inconvenient closure from 1 pm to 6 pm. I had to bang on windows and doors without any response for about 20 minutes. Parking is limited to three spots, and reservations are necessary, which can be a hassle during busy periods.

Loved this small hotel: delicious food and welcoming and exceptional staff. I asked for double room and it was spotless and nice styled with the balcony. The property was in a STUNNING location near the old Tuna factory 5 km a good walk, a shop, and the island of Ortigia. Everything was very good, I recommend.

Fine views and warm hospitality
The amazing ocean views greeted us each morning. Sabrina and Claudia's warmth.
Although the 25-minute walk to Ortigia's restaurants may deter some, we found it to be a pleasant stroll, with a reliable bus option available if needed.

Sabrina was a great host and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend staying there. She had the biggest shower of any place we stayed. Very enjoyable.

Proximity of the see is overwhelming! Warm and friendly reception; we felt immediately at home. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the see. Good breakfast. The places of interest (archeological park and Ortigia) are at 20 minutes walk, which was perfect for us.

This hotel is a little gem which would have gone unnoticed had it not been for the Internet. The view from the bedroom was spectacular, the breakfast was to die for, the hotel was spotless and comfortable and Sabrina an outstanding hostess. A holiday to remember, thank you.

We found the owner extremely helpful, the b & b beautiful, and the breakfasts really good.
The only downside was the walk from the property into Ortigia - down a very run down street.

The location out of the main tourist area, quiet and right on the seaside, you can swin in the sea directly from the back step. All the sights and highlights of Siricusa are within walking distance. There is a fantastic restaurant close by with great views and fantastic food. The b&b has 6 beautifual rooms all with views, space and there is a well equiped common area. Sabrina is a fantastic host and will do anything for you, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast had a huge choice all with local produce. We loved our stay there and would reccommend to our friends. A additional highlight of this stay was a Segway tour around the old city of Ortiga.
